3.What's the formats and size of files submitted online ?
 
Size of Files:  Maximum 2M
Any formats for your designs, pictures, logo are available, include: JPG, JPEG, PNG, GIF, AI, PDF, EPS, CDR, TIF, TIFF, BMP, ZIP, and so on.

4.If the files i submitted is low-quality, can you help me to improve it?
 
Yes, of course. After received your order, Our design teams will review and improve the files you submitted , to make sure the printing effect is perfect. We don't change the original file of customers, but optimize the low-quality pictures or files.
